Questions we get asked
How does artist booking work?+
Tell us the vibe, language and budget band. We come back with options — Bollywood or Tollywood (Bengali film industry) playback artists, live bands or DJs — handle the contract, rider, travel, stay and hospitality, and coordinate the stage, sound and lights so the act walks on to a rig that meets their spec.
How far in advance should I book?+
For peak wedding season (November to February) and for artist bookings, four to eight weeks is ideal. We also take on short-notice and same-day PA jobs when a rig is free — message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you immediately what is available.
How do I get a quote?+
Tap the call or WhatsApp button, or send the contact form with your date, venue or city, rough guest count and what you need (sound, lighting, a live band, an artist). You get an itemised estimate back, usually the same day.
What about power and generators?+
Tell us the power available at the venue. Where supply is limited or unreliable we spec a generator with the right margin, and our line-array rigs are self-powered so they draw less than an amp-rack system.
