How we approach it
A screen changes what a stage can do. The invite video, the couple's photos, the sponsor loop, the artist's visuals, a live camera feed for the guests at the back — all of it lands on an LED wall in a way a projector never manages in a lit room or in the open air.
We carry indoor panels for halls and stages and high-brightness outdoor panels that still read at dusk and under stage lighting. The usual build is a main backdrop screen with two side wings, hung off truss or on ground support, driven by a processor and a playback machine with an operator on it for the whole show.

Questions we get asked
Which LED panels do you have — indoor or outdoor?+
Both. We carry indoor panels for banquet halls and stages, and high-brightness outdoor panels that stay readable under stage lighting and at dusk. Panel pixel pitch is picked from how close the front row sits: the tighter the pitch, the closer people can stand before they see the pixels. Tell us the venue and the screen size you want and we will spec the right panels.
What size LED screen do I need?+
For a wedding or reception stage a backdrop screen with two side wings covers most rooms; for a concert or public function we build a wider main screen plus wings so the crowd at the edges can still see. We work the size out from the stage width, the ceiling or truss height and the viewing distance, then quote the panel count.
Who runs the content on the screen?+
We do. The screen is driven by a processor and a playback machine with an operator, so photo slideshows, invite videos, sponsor loops, name titles and a live camera feed can all be cued during the event. Send us your files a day or two ahead and we will test them on the wall.
Which areas do you cover?+
We are based in Siliguri and work across North Bengal and Sikkim — Matigara, Bagdogra, Darjeeling, Kurseong, Mirik, Kalimpong, the Dooars belt (Malbazar, Chalsa, Gorumara), Jalpaiguri, Cooch Behar, Alipurduar and Gangtok. Travel and stay for out-of-town dates are added to the quote.
