Questions we get asked
Will you visit the venue before the event?+
For larger shows and any venue we have not worked before, yes — a recce lets us plan rigging, cable runs, power and coverage properly. For known venues we can plan from a floor plan and photos.
What about power and generators?+
Tell us the power available at the venue. Where supply is limited or unreliable we spec a generator with the right margin, and our line-array rigs are self-powered so they draw less than an amp-rack system.
How far in advance should I book?+
For peak wedding season (November to February) and for artist bookings, four to eight weeks is ideal. We also take on short-notice and same-day PA jobs when a rig is free — message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you immediately what is available.
Which areas do you cover?+
We are based in Siliguri and work across North Bengal and Sikkim — Matigara, Bagdogra, Darjeeling, Kurseong, Mirik, Kalimpong, the Dooars belt (Malbazar, Chalsa, Gorumara), Jalpaiguri, Cooch Behar, Alipurduar and Gangtok. Travel and stay for out-of-town dates are added to the quote.
